What happens to the details you send.

This notice covers the Channel Opportunity Audit request form only. It describes what is actually implemented today — not what we intend to build later.

What we collect

  • The YouTube channel URL or @handle you enter, or — if you don't have a channel yet — your company website.
  • Your email address.
  • Your selected goal for the channel.
  • Optional first name and company website, if you add them.
  • Whether you ticked “I'd like to discuss help with my channel.”
  • A request reference, timestamp, and the version of this notice you saw.

We do not ask for a phone number, budget, subscriber counts, or any Google sign-in, and there is no newsletter or marketing signup on this form.

Why we hold it

One purpose: handling your request. That means reviewing the details, preparing a preliminary audit or launch brief, and — if you asked for it — having the conversation you requested. Ticking the “discuss help” box is a service request, not consent to marketing.

Where it is stored

In the existing Lovable Cloud database that already backs this site. The audit request table is private: it is not readable by visitors or by any signed-in account, there is no public lead dashboard, and the form response never returns stored rows — only your reference number.

Submitted URLs are validated as text. We never automatically fetch, crawl, or call any API against an address you submit.

No Google account access

We do not connect to your Google or YouTube account, request OAuth permissions, or read private analytics. Anything we review is public.

No automated scoring

Requests are reviewed by a person. Your channel is not scored on submission, and the score shown in the sample report belongs to a fictitious company used for illustration only.

Retention

Our intended policy is to delete preliminary requests that stay inactive for 90 days. To be accurate: automatic deletion is not implemented yet, so today this is a policy carried out on request and through a documented manual procedure, not a scheduled job. We will update this notice when automated pruning ships.

Getting your data removed

Ask us and we'll delete the request and the email attached to it. We don't publish a verified support address for this feature yet, so the reliable route is to book a call or reply to the follow-up email once we've contacted you. Quote your reference number and we'll confirm the deletion.

Changes

This notice is versioned. Each stored request records the version that was on screen when it was sent, so we can tell you exactly what you agreed to.
